Because you're so busy all the time, what you need is a skincare routine that is no-frills and doesn't take too much of your time. 

SKINCARE TIPS:

1. Exercise. Even if just for 20-30 mins a day in the comfort of your own home through Apps like Booya Fitness or Fitness Blender. Your body will thank you.
2. Meditate. Relax, breathe, give your mind a moment's rest. Not sure how to start? Headspace 
3. Sleep!! 
4. Taking the kids outdoors for activities? Remember to slather on some sunscreen for you and the kids. Sun damage occurs over a lifetime and sunscreen is also the best way to avoid premature aging. 
5. 1 pill of Bounce every morning after breakfast 

Whether you're a SAHM, WM, WFHM, we know the drill - whether they're 1 or 20, your kiddos are (almost) always your priority. Between the kids, tantrums, and never ending to-do lists, you feel responsible for everyone and their wellbeing, but how much time have you taken for yourself today?

Apart from drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day, make sure you:
1. Deep cleanse your skin every night. After all that sweat and grime, be sure to cleanse well so you don't clog your pores! 
2. Sunscreen is a must if you spend a lot of time outdoors. Sun damage occurs over a lifetime and sunscreen is also the best way to avoid premature aging. To save a step, use a moisturiser which comes with SPF!  
3. Another point on SPF: It should be reapplied every 2-3 hours while you're in the sun!
4. For that extra glow, drink a beet-carrot-apple-lemon-ginger juice. We hear the Vitamin A in the carrots and flavonoids from the beets are great for both skin and blood flow. 
5. For extra protection, pop 1 BOUNCE every morning to doubly protect your skin.

You're healthy(ish), active, drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep. Your idea of a great weekend is going on a hike or playing touch rugby. You spend a lot of time in the big outdoors and you work out 4-5 times a week to and are always game to try a new sport/ fitness activity. 

In between other commitments and all these activities, you also manage to squeeze in some self-care - but do you know what is most essential?

4. Every morning, these 3 steps + SPF! 
5. Pop 1 BOUNCE for extra protection!

Off work, your social calendar is packed to the brim with activities with different groups of friends. Outdoors, indoors, going for a drink at the latest club to a picnic at the Botanic Gardens. 1. Wear sunscreen every day - rain or shine! 

2. Thick, moisturizing creams and oils will help lock moisture in. Always apply at night and in the morning under your makeup.

3. Exfoliate both your body and your face weekly, more often if your skin gets dry, itchy, and flaky.
